Pet sessions are paced for attention spans and treat breaks. We use outdoor locations with room to move, keeping leashes in frame when needed and swapping to off-leash areas when safe and permitted.
Family members are welcome in every session. Some of the best frames happen when kids and pets interact naturally: fetch, cuddles, and the chaos in between.
Editing keeps accurate fur colors and natural backgrounds without over-sharpening or fake bokeh. Galleries include solo pet portraits and family combinations.

Common Questions
Will my dog actually look at the camera?
Sometimes. We use sounds, treats, and patience — and we also shoot the in-between: sniffing, leaning on you, mid-play. Sessions that wait only for a stacked show pose leave you with three photos and a tired dog.
Do leashes stay on?
Leashes stay on when safety or park rules require it. We edit them out of hero frames. Off-leash happens only in enclosed or permitted spaces you control — we do not unleash a recall project in an open field.
Can kids be in the session?
Yes. Kid-and-pet frames are often the keepers. We shoot those while energy is high and save solo pet portraits for after, when small humans need a break. Rough housing that scares the animal gets redirected, not encouraged for a viral shot.
What about cats or less cooperative pets?
Cats and nervous pets do better at home with hiding spots nearby. We go to them, keep sessions shorter, and never drag an animal into a pose. Backyard dogs who stress in new places get the same treatment — home turf first.
How long is a pet session?
About 45 to 60 minutes with treat and water breaks built in. When attention dies, we end the posed work and take a few candids on the walk back — forcing another ten minutes only teaches them to hate the camera.
